Job Description:

As a CNC Turner, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, producing precision components for the aerospace and automotive industries. Your expertise in operating and programming CNC machines with Fanuc controls will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality and accuracy in our products.

Responsibilities:

               •             Set up and operate CNC turning machines with Fanuc controls to produce components according to specifications and blueprints.

               •             Program CNC machines to optimize production efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

               •             Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure smooth operations.

               •             Monitor production processes, inspecting finished parts to guarantee precision and accuracy.

               •             Collaborate with the engineering team to improve manufacturing processes and implement cost-effective solutions.

               •             Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

               •             Contribute to a positive team environment and support the overall success of the company.

Requirements:

               •             Proven experience as a CNC Turner with a strong understanding of Fanuc controls.

               •             Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.

               •             Ability to program, set up, and operate CNC turning machines effectively.

               •             Experience in machining components for the aerospace and/or automotive

               •             Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.

               •             Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.

               •             Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

               •             Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
